Chewy peanut butter museli bars made with clean ingredients and with dark Chocolate. Full of peanut butter flavor, easy to prepare and perfect for a healthier treat for kids & also foe elders.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup peanuts
  2. 12 Almonds
  3. 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  4. 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  5. 1 tbsp milk
  6. 2 cups museli
  7. 1 tbsp black sesame
  8. For Chocolate Glaze 2oo gm dark chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Dry roast peanuts .
  2. Remove skins of peanuts.
  3. Add peanuts & almonds in mixture grinder.
  4. Grind in fine powder.
  5. Add honey,oil, milk for chewyness.
  6. Grind again & mix well.
  7. Peanut butter is ready.
  8. Crush the museli with hands.
  9. In a pan add prepare peanut butter & honey.
  10. when it still warm add museli. Mix it well.
  11. Set it In a greased tin.
  12. Sprinkle black sesame on museli bars .
  13. For chocolate glaze Melt the dark chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds.
  14. Mix well & pour chocolate on set museli bars.
  15. Garnish with choco chips or colour vermicelli sev.
  16. keep it in fridge till completly set. Once it set cut into desire shape.
  17. This energy bars / peanut butter Chocolate museli bars are healthier option for kids as well adluts for morning / evening snacks.
