Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boneless chicken 200 grams( cut into stripe shape)
  2. 1/4 cup red belpepper cut into stripe shape
  3. 1/4 cup green belpepper cut into stripe shape
  4. 1 onion cut into stripe
  5. 1 tablespoon green chili sauce
  6. 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tablespoon flour
  9. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  10. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  11. 1 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Take chicken in a bowl
  2. Add flour, cornstarch ,salt and marinate properly
  3. Now heat oil in a wok
  4. Deep fry the chicken stripe to golden brown
  5. Make sure chicken will be crispy
  6. Take a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil
  7. Add onion and fry till colour change
  8. Now add all belpeppers and toss for a minute
  9. Add chili sauce and soya sauce, mix
  10. Now add chicken and black pepper powder and toss for a second or mix all properly
  11. Now serve in a plate hot and crisp chicken
