About Mango Lassi Recipe

A refreshing thick beverage made from fresh mangoes and yogurt. Great for summer coolers!

Mango Lassi

Ingredients to make Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup - r Mangoes chopped
  • 2 cups - yogurt(dahi)
  • 2 tbsp - sugar to taste- 2tbsp
  • A pinch or two of cardamom powder
  • A pinch of saffron strands (optional)
  • Ice cubes

How to make Mango Lassi

  1. Add the mangoes, yogurt, sugar and ice in a food processor. Process until smooth
  2. Mix cardamom powder and saffron. Add more curd/milk if lassi is too thick.
  3. Serve cold!
