Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta 2 cups
  2. Mushrooms 8 number
  3. Tomatoes 5 numbers
  4. Mozeralla cheese grated 1 cup
  5. Chilly flakes 2 tablespoon
  6. Oregano 1 tablespoon
  7. Pepper powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Onion chopped 1 number
  9. Garlic chopped 10 cloves
  10. Oil 3 tablespoon
  11. Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil water and one teaspoon salt and one tablespoon oil
  2. While boiling add pasta
  3. Cook till it is soft don't over cook
  4. Blanch tomatoes
  5. Strain pasta and keep a cup of this water Tobe used later
  6. Keep the pasta under running tap water to stop them cooking itself anymore and not sticking eachother
  7. Remove the skin and take Puree
  8. Heat a pan add one tablespoon oil and short finely chopped garlic
  9. Add finely chopped onion and short till golden
  10. Add finely chopped mushrooms and saute well
  11. And the puree of tomatoes and let them boil
  12. Add oregano chilli flakes pepper powder and salt
  13. Add the strained water when the tomato mixture becomes thick. This will improve the texture of the gravy
  14. Finally add pastas and mix well
  15. Add some cheese and mix well
  16. Preheat over at 180 degrees
  17. Transfer the pasta to a baking tray and sprinkle full cheese over it and bake it for 5 minutes
  18. Serve hot
