Chapati Churma

Ingredients to make Chapati Churma

  • Leftover Roti or chapati three
  • Roasted peanuts 50 grams
  • Chopped onion two tablespoon
  • Chopped capsicum to tablespoon
  • Slits green chilli 2
  • ginger-Garlic keema half teaspoon
  • mustard oil to tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder half teaspoon
  • jeera powder half teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder half teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder half teaspoon
  • mustard seeds half teaspoon
  • Karipatta 5 to 6
  • mustard oil to tablespoon
  • water one fourth cup

How to make Chapati Churma

  1. Three large size leftover chapati or roti.
  2. Cut the leftover chapati or Roti into small pieces after cutting grind it.
  3. Now all ingredients are set up.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Karipatta, chopped onion and ginger-garlic keema.
  5. Saute for 3-4 minutes in a medium heat until onions are light brown.
  6. add the grinded chapati, capsicum, green chilli and salt. mix well
  7. Now add roasted peanuts and all masala powder saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. then add litle bit of water and covered it 3 minute.
  9. Remove the cover add coriander leaves mix well.
  10. Then turn off the heat and serve tasty Chapati Churma.
