In a bowl take 1 cup lukewarm milk.
Add 1 tsp sugar and salt
Add active dry yeast and mix.
Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
In a big bowl take flour.
Add salt in flour.
Add oil in flour.
Add proofed yeast in flour.
Add oil and Knead a soft dough from all ingredients.
Knead atleast 10 minutes.
After kneading cover and leave it for 2 hours.
After 2 hours it will double in size.
Knead it again and make medium size balls from it.
Mix cocoa powder in melted butter.
Add chocolate syrup and powdered sugar in it.
Mix well with spoon.
Fill 1 tsp chocolate mix in each balls and close.
After stuffing balls keep on greased baking tray.
Leave it for 30 minute.
After 30 minute brush milk on top and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake on 200 degree for 15 minutes.
After baking immediately brush butter on top of buns.
Enjoy soft and yummy choco buns..
