Kunafa Cupcakes

Ingredients to make Kunafa Cupcakes

  • Readymade kunafa dough
  • Fresh cream 200 gm
  • pistachios for the garnish
  • sugar syrup of one string consistency (Made with half cup water and half a cup of sugar)

How to make Kunafa Cupcakes

  1. In the cupcake pan add some of the kunafa dough, about 2 tbsp each.
  2. Add cream in the centre followed by one more layer of kunafa dough covering it.
  3. Bake it in a preheated oven on 180 degree centigrade for about 20 minutes or a little more until nice golden brown.
  4. Pour about 1 to 2 tbsp of sugar syrup on each kunafa cupcake.
  5. Decorate with pistachios and serve hot.
