Its a chocolate cake moulded in a cakesicle mould and decorated as a unicorn

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. flour 1 cup
  2. sugar 1 cup
  3. Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 cup
  4. Baking powder 2 tsp
  5. salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Milk 1/2 cup
  7. Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
  8. 1 egg
  9. Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  10. Boiling water 1/2 cup
  11. Dark chocolate
  12. White chocolate


  1. Beat vegetable oil and egg together
  2. Add in sugar and beat
  3. Add and mix milk and vanilla extract
  4. Sieve the dry ingredients together and add to the wet mixture
  5. Beat the ingredients together
  6. Add in hot water a little at a time till the batter reaches desired consistency
  7. Transfer the batter in a baking mould and bake it in a pre heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 35 minutes
  8. After the chocolate cake is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool down till room temperature
  9. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl
  10. Crumble the chocolate cake
  11. Add the melted dark chocolate to the cake crumble and mix together till the mixture gets a binding consistency
  12. Transfer the mixture to the cakesicles moulds
  13. Insert the ice-cream sticks and refrigerate for 15 mins
  14. In the meantime melt some white chocolates
  15. Demould the cakesicles from the moluld and dip in the melted white chocolate
  16. Now allow the cakesicles to rest at room temperature
  17. After the white chocolate is set,use fondant to make the unicorn
