Eggless Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Brownies

  • Dark chocolate grated, 100 grams
  • Refined flour (Maida) 1 and 1/3 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon
  • butter 130 grams
  • Baking powder 2 teaspoon
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • walnut kernels, chopped 1/2 cup

How to make Eggless Chocolate Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chocolate in a bowl, add butter and place the bowl over the hot water in the pan and let the chocolate melt.
  2. Then remove the bowl from the pan, add in sugar and mix well.
  3. Next, add the vanilla essence and mix well. Sift in the refined flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix again. Add the milk little by little and mix continuously. Then add walnuts and mix well.
  4. Pour this batter into a silicon cake mould and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Then let it cool, cut into slices and serve. (You can also glaze it with a little melted chocolate if you wish.)
