Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh green gram/hara chana - 1 cup
  2. Whole dried milk/mawa - 1/4 bowl
  3. Sugar - 1/2 bowl
  4. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Almond powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Coconut powder - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  2. Grind green gram coarsely and add in the pan.
  3. Stir constantly for 10 - 15 mins.
  4. Add sugar and stir until thick consistency.
  5. Add whole dried milk/mawa and cardamom powder and mix well
  6. Add almond powder and coconut powder and mix well.
  7. Once cooled,keep in the fridge for 3 - 4 hours.
  8. Now make one big ball and 20 small balls and make a shape of custard apple.
