Eggless Muffins

Ingredients to make Eggless Muffins

  • 1 cup Plain flour/ Maida
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk or as required
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cherries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

How to make Eggless Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees C. Also line up a muffin tray with cupcake liner.
  2. First take all the wet ingredients in a bowl and mix it very well, to remove any lumps.
  3. Sieve the dry ingredients before adding it into the wet ingredients.
  4. In a sifter add the dry ingredients, plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder, etc and give it a good mix.Then sift it with the wet ingredients.
  5. Mix the wet ingredients well with the dry ingredients. Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips into the batter. Then scoop batter into the paper liner.
  6. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees celsius for 10- 15 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Once the muffins are baked, remove the tray from the oven and transfer the muffin cups onto a cooling rack.

My Tip:

You can add more milk if required.

u have not mentioned milk in ur recipe neither have u used milk powder
