An easy to make muffins dish with honey glaze on top that melts in the mouth!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cornmeal- 1 cup
  2. All Purpose Flour- 1 Cup
  3. Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
  4. Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
  5. Sugar- 1/2 cup
  6. Salt- 1/2 tsp
  7. Eggs- 2
  8. Milk (at room temperature)- 1 cup
  9. Melted butter- 2 tbsp
  10. Honey- 1/4 cup


  1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile in a bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, butter and honey together.
  4. Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Whisk it properly.
  5. Oil the baking muffins tray and put the batter in it. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes at 150 degrees celsius.
  6. At last glaze it with some honey on top and enjoy!
