Ingredients to make Chocolate Basket

  • chocolate bar 1
  • Custard 1/2 cup
  • Strawberry jelly 1 tbsp
  • Kiwi 1 sliced
  • Chopped mangoes 1 tbsp
  • Chopped kiwi 1 tbsp

How to make Chocolate Basket

  1. Melt the chocolate bar in a double boiler or in a microwave.
  2. Now take a silicon cup cake mold. Brush it with butter, then pour the melted chocolate and spread it all over.
  3. Keep it in the freezer for 3 minutes. Then take it out of the freezer and repeat this procedure 3 times.
  4. After the 3rd time, keep it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Take out the mold and demold the chocolate basket carefully, otherwise it will break. Keep the serving plate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix the chopped mangoes except 3 pieces, along with the chopped kiwi and custard together.
  7. Now take out the serving plate from the fridge, keep the chocolate basket and pour the custard in it .
  8. Decorate it with chopped mangoes,kiwi slice and strawberry jelly.
  9. Your Chocolate Basket is ready to be served!

My Tip:

You can decorate the serving plate with sliced kiwi and custard.
