Winter means straberry and children love to eat straberry. This is a very colourful and healthy veg recipe for the children.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.Raw strawberry pulp 1cup
  2. 2.Riped strawberry 1box
  3. 3. powdered sugar 1/2cup
  4. 4.Strawberry syrup 1cup
  5. 5. Fresh cream 2 cup
  6. 6. Paneer 200grms
  7. 7. Orange Marry biscuit 1pack
  8. 8.Butter 1/2cup
  9. 9.Strawberry essence few drops
  10. 10. Grated white milk chocolate 2 table spoon
  11. 11. White marshmallow 2 pice
  12. 12.Black chocochip 4pices
  13. 13.Red jel colour 2 drops
  14. 14.Chaina grass(Agar Agar) 2table spoons


  1. Arrange all ingredients first.
  2. Crush the biscuits through hand and mix with the butter.
  3. Now take two wine or Martini glass and make a layer of biscuit crumbs.
  4. Now take the paneer and the powdered sugar in a blender and give a churn to it to make a smooth paste.
  5. Now take a small oven proof bowl and take the China grass powder add 2 Table Spoon water and micro for 30seconds and add this mixture to the panter mixture.
  6. Now put some strawberry syrup and sliced strawberries to the glass then make a layer of raw strawberry pulp, then make a layer of paneer mixture...By this way make two same layers in the glass..and at last take some fresh cream in a piping bag and make a cone shaped layer of fresh cream through that piping bag. Now cover that creamy part through grated white chocolate...Cut the marshmallow diagonally and put some red coloured sugar in one side of each part. Put those two coloured ears of the bunny on the creamy part of the cake. Put them on the top of the glass keeping one inch distance. Now put two chocochip s under each ear of the bunny as a eye. Now keep the cheese cake in to the fridge for 3hours to set. After that we can serve this exciting cheese cake to our children.
