Chiken cheesy mankish

Ingredients to make Chiken cheesy mankish

  • all purpose flour 2 1/2 cup
  • Instant yeast 1tsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Warm milk 1/2 cup
  • Warm water 1/4 cup
  • olive oil 1/3 cup
  • Beaten egg 1
  • For chiken keema
  • Chiken boneless 200 gm
  • ginger 1 inch piece
  • garlic 5 to 6 piece
  • Whole red chilly 2
  • salt as needed
  • Shredded Cheese 2 cup

How to make Chiken cheesy mankish

  1. Mix sugar and yeast in warm water, keep rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Ad salt, beaten egg, warm milk in maida.
  3. Ad yeast mix water in maida mixture.
  4. Ad olive oil and knead a dough for few minutes.
  5. When kneaded, cover with wet towel for 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile let's make chicken: in a grinder ad chicken, ginger, garlic, whole red chilly and salt and grind to a fine paste.
  7. Mix together and keep in fridge for 10 minutes.
  8. Now divide four portion equally from dough and roll it like roti using dry flour.
  9. Put chicken keema mixture and spread evenly on it.
  10. Sprinkle generous amount of cheese over it.
  11. Make all like this and Bake in preheated oven for 25 to30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  12. When done serve immediately.
