Ingredients to make Chocolate Lava Pouch

  • Bread slices 4
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 5 star chocolate- 1
  • 1 tsp Milk powder
  • Dry fruits a handful
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • 1/2 cup of water

How to make Chocolate Lava Pouch

  1. First take the bread slices, cut the edges and flatten it with a roller.
  2. Take the chocolate, grate it and mix it with the milk powder and chopped roasted dry fruits.
  3. Take the bread slices and wet it with the water lightly. Place it on your palm and put the filling on the center of the slice. Give it the shape of a pouch as shown in the picture. Then spread the butter with the help of a brush.
  4. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius till the bread becomes brown in colour.
  5. Take the sugar in a pan and caramelize it. Pull the sugar threads and decorate the pouch with it and mint leaves as per your choice.

My Tip:

When you want to serve, prepare it just 10 mins earlier so that you can present it crunchy.
