Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Egg 1
  2. Butter 1/2 cup
  3. Flour 1 1/4 cup
  4. Castor sugar 3/4 cup
  5. Baking Soda 1 Tsp
  6. Cocoa pdr 2 tbsp
  7. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  8. Chocolate chip 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg using hand whisk. Add sugar and whisk well.
  2. Add all ingredient and form a dough.
  3. Cover with cling and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from fridge and make balls of tge dough and place on baking paper.
  5. Preaheat oven and bake on 150°C for 15 mins each batch.
  6. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
