Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato - 2
  2. Grean peas - 1/4 kg
  3. Onion - 1
  4. tomato - 1
  5. curry leaves - 10
  6. oil - 6 spoons
  7. mustard - 1/2 spoon
  8. turmeric powder - pinch
  9. coriander leaves - to garnish
  10. sugar - 1/2 sooon
  11. cashews - 15
  12. ghee - 1 spoon
  13. cloves - 4
  14. cinnamon - 1/2 inch
  15. garlic - 6 pods
  16. ginger - 1 inch
  17. dry red chillies - 10
  18. fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
  19. salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil fresh peas n potato till soft n keep aside.
  2. Prepare fine paste of Cloves - 4 Cinnamon - ½inch Garlic - 6 pods Ginger - 1inch Red chillies - 10 Cashews - 12 Fresh coconut - ½cup Salt
  3. In a pan add oil, mustard, curry leaves, chopped onions, tomato, coriander leaves n fry well. Add turmeric powder n fry
  4. Now add the prepared paste n fry til oil releases at sides of the pan.
  5. Add boiled n smashed aloo, boiled peas, required amt of water, sugar n allow to boil well. Off the stove n garnish with ghee fried cashews n cream (optional)
  6. Serve with any kinda rotis
