Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. #Ingredients-: 2 cup boiled green peas 2 green chilli chopped 1 chopped onion 1 tbsp grated ginger 2 tbsp kachori masala 1 tbsp dry mango powder 1 tbspgaram masala 1 tbsp coriander seed 1 tsp cumin ½ tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp hing Salt acc to tast

Instructions

  1. #methods-: Take a bowl,add wheat,maida,suji kachori masala,oil for moyan and kasuri methi with salt. Add water and make a hrad-soft dough. Now take a kadhai, place oil fir heating.when oil is heat add green chilli,hing,dry coriander,seeds,cumin. Stire it. Add chopped onion and fry until they turn golden in color. Now add mashed peas and whole spices and mix well. Add grated ginger too with salt. Stuffing is ready. Now take a roll from a dough. Roll it and place stuffing. Seal it's edges, and again roll it. Now place in kadhai for deep fry in low -medium flame. Kachori is ready.serve with any types of chutney.
