Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup grated fresh coconut.
  2. 4 tbsp sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp green elaichi
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 4 tbsp milkpowder
  6. 2 tbsp desi ghee
  7. 5-6 almond chopped
  8. 8-10 pistachios chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a pan or kadai add grated coconut stir 2 min in low flame
  2. Than add ghee roast for a min than add milk,milk powder,elaichi powder,sugar mix it well all together
  3. Cook and continously stir for 5-7 min in low to medium flame
  4. When milk absorb completely switch off the flame
  5. After that greese a thali/plate for set barfi garnish with amond and pistachios cut into pieces with sharp knife
  6. Than put in a freezer for completely set
