Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250gm white mutter
  2. 4-5 chopped tomatoes
  3. 2 big size chopped onion
  4. salt
  5. Kasuri methi
  6. Pinch of sugar
  7. butter
  8. hing
  9. 1 tea spoon jeera
  10. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  11. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  12. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  13. imli chutney
  14. coriander chutney
  15. Sev
  16. pomegranate
  17. Chaat masala
  18. amchur powder
  19. 2 small potatoes


  1. Soak mutter overnight
  2. Boil mutter and potatoes together with salt on high flame giving 3-4 whistle and den on medium flame for 15 minutes
  3. Mash it well
  4. Take kadai put butter, jeera hing and chopped onion and saute till golden brown
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and all spices and mix well
  6. As butter starts leaving its sides add mutter and mix well and let it boil
  7. Take two plates put mutter and garnish with chopped onion chopped tomatoes imli chutney coriander chutney, chaat masala, Sev and pomegranate
