Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250gm boiled small potatoes
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. 4-5 chopped tomatoes
  4. Cream
  5. Kasuri methi
  6. Amchur powder
  7. Salt
  8. Pinch of sugar
  9. Butter
  10. Garam masala
  11. Kitchen king masala
  12. 1 tea spoon jeera
  13. Hing
  14. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  15. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  16. 2 tea spoon dhaniya powder

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes, peel it poke it with fork and fry it till golden brown
  2. After frying keep aside
  3. Take kadai put butter add jeera, hing and chopped onion and saute till golden brown add chopped tomatoes
  4. Add fried potatoes spring onion and poppy seeds add all spices
  5. Add little water cover it for two minutes garnish with cream
