Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500gm boneless chicken cut it in to cubes
  2. 3tbs cream (malai)
  3. 3tbsp thick yogurt
  4. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  5. 1tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  6. 1/2tsp garam masala
  7. 2 green chilli and 2tbsp coriander leaves paste
  8. salt to taste
  9. 2tbsp lemon juice
  10. 1tbsp oil
  11. 1tbsp cornflour
  12. 1tbsp oil
  13. 1tbsp butter


  1. Take boneless chicken in a bowl add malai, curd, black pepper powder, ginger, garlic paste, garam masala, green chili and coriander leaves paste ,Salt to taste and lemon juice all the ingredients mix well make sure all the masala well coated on chicken keep marinated chicken for 1and 1/2 hour
  2. After 1and 1/2 hour later add 1tsp oil and corn flour mix well take a skewers and place chicken 1 by 1 in skewers
  3. Now take a pan add 1tsp oil and 1tbsp butter spread in pan
  4. Now place tikka in hot pan first 2 mins cook in high flame
  5. After 2 mins turn tikka and cover the lid and cook for 5 min in a medium flame
  6. After 5 mins cook in high flame until chicken is tender and soft
