ABOUT Mango Sooji Sheero RECIPE

It's a summer special delicacy that will make you fall in love again with the traditional sooji sheera.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ghee 4-5 tbsp
  2. Sooji 1 cup
  3. Boiled milk 1 cup
  4. Sugar / Khadi sakar powder 1 cup
  5. Mango puree of 1 mango
  6. Dry fruits 3 tbsp
  7. Cardemom Powder 1 tbsp
  8. Mango pieces of 1 mango

Instructions

  1. Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pan.
  2. Add Sooji to it and cook it till it leaves the sweet aroma of cooked Sooji.
  3. Add additional spoon of ghee in it, if required.
  4. Add milk to it and keep stirring until there are no lumps in it.
  5. Now, mix sugar in it and mix.
  6. Add mango puree, dry fruits and cardemom powder to the pan and mix.
