Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 6 slices of brown bread
  2. 5-6 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 2-3 green chillies
  5. 1 tea spoon Hing
  6. 1 tea spoon ajwain
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1 tea spoon amchur powder
  9. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  10. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  11. 1.5 tea spoon garam masala
  12. 1.5 tea spoon cornflour
  13. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate boiled potatoes, chop onion
  2. Cut bread into small pieces
  3. Add all spices, grated potatoes and onion and mix well
  4. Take small pieces put in the oil and fry, make small pattice and fry serve with chutney
