Cripsy and Fry bitter gourd is very very in taste.

Bitter Gourd Cripsy and Fry

Ingredients to make Bitter Gourd Cripsy and Fry

  • 4 Bitter Gourd medium washed and cut into slices
  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoon dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 spoon termaric powder
  • 1/2 spoon mango dry powder
  • 1 spoon fennel powder
  • 1 spoon sugar/ gud/ jaggery ( optional )
  • salt to taste
  • oil for fry bitter gourd

How to make Bitter Gourd Cripsy and Fry

  1. Firstly marinate the bitter gourd slices with little salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick frying pan and Shallow fry the bitter gourd slices on medium to low flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Now do flame low and cook till bitter gourd slices turn golden brown on both sides.
  4. Now add all the spices and sugar then stire well it. and cook till for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Bitter gourd Cripsy and Fry is reddy to eat serve it with roti and paratha.
