Ingredients to make Onion Rings

  • onion big sized 2
  • salt as per taste
  • ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • water as required
  • maida/Flour 4 tbsp
  • Rice flour 4 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 3 tbsp
  • oil to fry

How to make Onion Rings

  1. Wash the onions and cut into ring shapes.
  2. Add little flour to the onion rings and mix it. Allow it to dry for sometime.
  3. In a bowl add all the ingredients together. Mix it with a little water. The spiciness and salt can be adjusted according to your taste.
  4. Heat a oil in a pan, once it's heated, lower the flame.
  5. Dip the dried rings into the batter and deep fry these rings.
  6. Serve them hot with ketchup.

My Tip:

You can add egg also if you want to.
