Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup powdered dhaniya
  2. 1 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1/2 cup grated Coconut
  4. 1/2 cup dry fruits(badam, kaju, walnuts)
  5. 1/2 cup makhana
  6. 3 tbsp ghee
  7. 1/2 tsp elaichi powder


  1. Put 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and saute dhaniya powder for 10 mins on low flame. Keep aside
  2. Now again put 1 tbsp ghee in that pan and roast dry fruits for 5 mins on low flame. Keep aside
  3. Again take 1 tbsp ghee in that pan and roast makhana for 5-7 mins on low flame. Keep aside
  4. Dry roast grated coconut too. Keep aside.
  5. Coarse grind the dry fruits and makhana separately.
  6. In a bowl mix well dhaniya powder, dry fruits, makhana, elaichi powder, sugar powder and coconut.
  7. Panjiri is ready.
