Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw mangoes grated 3kgs
  2. Mustard oil- 1 1/2ltr
  3. Cumin seeds- 3-4tspn
  4. Ajwain- 2-3 tspn
  5. Kalonji- 3tspn
  6. Mustard seeds- 2-3tspn
  7. Methi seeds- 2tspn
  8. Coriander seeds-3tspn
  9. Red chilly pwdr- 2tspn
  10. salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Grate the raw mangoes...
  2. Apply turmeric pwdr and salt to it and keep it to dry in sun's heat for 2-3 days...
  3. Now heat oil and let it get warm then pour it into the jar and add grated mango in it and tie a muslim cloth on its mouth and keep it near the window for 2 days...
  4. Now dry roast and grind all the spices together and mix it very well...
  5. Now mix the Powdererd spices and grated mangoes together nicely and keep it in sunlight near the window for 2-3 days...
  6. Now the pickle is ready...
