Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For parcha
  2. paneer slab 100 gram
  3. butter 1 teaspoon
  4. kasuri methi A Pinch
  5. chilli flakes A Pinch
  6. For gravy
  7. oil 1 tbsp
  8. mash onion one fourth cup
  9. curd 2 tbsp
  10. cashew nut 8-10
  11. tomato 2
  12. salt to taste
  13. Garam masala 1/2teaspoon
  14. red chilli powder 1/2teaspoon
  15. coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  16. turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  17. sugar 1/2teaspoon
  18. cream to tablespoon
  19. for stuffing
  20. oil 1 teaspoon
  21. green chilli one chopped
  22. ginger 1/2 inch chopped
  23. cashew nut one tablespoon
  24. raisins 1 tbsp chopped
  25. carrot 1/4 Cup chopped
  26. peas 2 tablespoon
  27. capsicum 1/4 cup
  28. red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  29. Garam masala 14 teaspoon
  30. turmeric powder A Pinch
  31. coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  32. paneer to tablespoon grated

Instructions

  1. for stuffing
  2. heat oil in a pan
  3. add green chilli,Ginger,cashew nut, raisins
  4. cook for few seconds
  5. add carrot,green peas, capsicum and mix well
  6. cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
  7. coriander powder and mix well
  8. using a master, mash this veggies
  9. turn off the flame stuffing is ready
  10. for gravy
  11. soak cashew nut in warm water for 10 minutes
  12. into a paste and keep aside
  13. chop and blend tomato and keep aside
  14. heat oil in a pan
  15. add the onion paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  16. add garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder
  17. mix well and pour in the tomato paste
  18. add salt and sugar
  19. mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minute
  20. cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  21. add cream mix well and turn off the flame
  22. gravy is ready
  23. for making parcha
  24. cut the Paneer slab in 2 slice
  25. and cover it with another slice
  26. in a pan add butter, kasuri Methi and Chili flakes
  27. place the Paneer parcha and grill this
  28. flip over and grill for 1 minute
  29. on a serving plate
  30. on the sides and serve hot
