Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 5-6 boiled potatoes
  2. 3 tomatoes
  3. 3-4 green chillies
  4. 2 tea spoon postu
  5. 10-15 cashews
  6. 1 table spoon ghee or butter
  7. 1 tea spoon jeera
  8. 1.5 tea spoon turmeric powder
  9. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  10. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  11. 1/2 tea spoon kalonji
  12. 1 tea spoon hing
  13. 2 lemon juice
  14. 1 chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel potatoes
  2. Soak postu and kaju
  3. Make puree of tomatoes onion green chillies postu and kaju
  4. Cut potatoes into four parts
  5. Take kadai put oil or butter put jeera kalonji hing and put potatoes and fry a bit
  6. Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder red chili powder and mix well
  7. Add puree and mix well
  8. Mix well add little water and cover for 2-3 minutes
  9. Alu postu ready to serve with rice Parantha garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
