ABOUT Chinese Noodles Dosa RECIPE

This recipe is to soak 5 to 6 hours & frament the better for 5 to 6 hours. Total hours for soaking dal & rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Dosa
  2. 1cup-Urdal dal
  3. 3 to 3½ -Rice
  4. 1tsp-Methi seeds
  5. 2 to 3 tbsp-Poha/puffed rice
  6. 2cup-Noodles
  7. 1cup-Capsicum
  8. 1tsp-Chopped ginger garlic
  9. 4 to 5 green chillies
  10. 1cup-Onions
  11. 1cup-Cabbages
  12. 1cup-Carrot
  13. 1cup-green onion
  14. 1tsp-Tomato souces
  15. 1to2tsp-Schezwan souces
  16. as required salt
  17. Oil as required
  18. 1tsp-better


  1. Take a container add urda dal,Methi seeds,poha,rice wash it nicely and soak it for 5 to 6 hours after that grind it in fine paste. Leave it for fermentation. Take a pan add water & add oil boil it after boil add noodles boil nicely.
  2. Take a another pan add oil add heat it add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic, onion, carrot ,cabbage, capsicum, green onions fry all ingredients nicely add salt, tomato sauce,schewan souce noodles mix it well. Noodles is ready.
  3. Take a Dosa tawa heat it add oil spread it add Dosa spread it well cook 2min add little better, schewan souce, tomato sauce spread it add noodles in middle roll it. Serve it hot.
