  1. 1 potato, peeled and chopped
  2. 1 whole cauliflower
  3. 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
  4. 750 ml Chicken or vegetable stock
  5. 3 tbsp ground almonds
  6. 3 tbsp half-fat Creame
  7. Toasted sliced almonds
  8. Chopped chives
  9. Salt and white pepper

Instructions

  1. First, break the cauliflower with onions and potatoes in a deep pot to boil.
  2. Now to bring it to a boil, add chicken or vegetable stock, cover the pan with a lid and simmer gently on a low flame for about 25 minutes.
  3. Now after boiling all the boiled vegetables cool a little time, pour them in a sharp edge blender. Add white pepper and salt for a nice taste, blend until soft and fine,
  4. If you feel the soup paste thick, you can add a little water to it, then add ground almonds and half fat cream. Blend again.
  5. Garnish with some toasted, sliced ​​almonds and some chopped chives and serve.
