Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. china grass (agar agar)-4-gm
  2. Milk-600-ml
  3. Water-10-ml
  4. Sugar-100-gm
  5. Food colour (green, orange)-½-Tablespoon
  6. Choco chip -2-Tablespoon


  1. Soak China grass  in water for 20 minutes. Boil China grass till dissolves completely.
  2. In a pan, boil  milk and add sugar in it. Add agar agar and stir till it reduces to ¾.
  3. Separate the milk in 3 different bowls, In 1st bowl add orange food colour, in 2nd bowl add green colour, keep the 3rd as it is (white colour).
  4. Take a container of your choice, empty the bowl of green colour in it, remove all the bubbles using a spoon, let it cool. Add the white colour portion on the green one. Let cool. Add orange portion.
  5. Decorate with choco chips and dry nuts of your choice.
