Here in Tamilnadu dosa is one of the daily as usual breakfast recipe along with chutneys.... And also the sooji(Rava) Kesari..... Iam using tri flagcolors to the dosas which is healthy not adding the foodcolt instead of adding carrot for orange color and corianderpudina for green color dosas.... But for the sooni kesari which is done with the food color

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dosa batterr-300-gm
  2. Carrot-175-gm
  3. Coriander-1cup-gm
  4. Greenchilly-6-No
  5. Coconut-1full-No
  6. Tomato-2-No
  7. Salt-1-gm
  8. Mustard-1-gm
  9. Channadal-1-gm
  10. Uraldal-1-gm
  11. Sooji-200-gm
  12. Ghee-50-gm
  13. Sugar-175-gm
  14. Cashews-2-gm
  15. Water-100-gm

Instructions

  1. First take 1cup add the carrot puree to the batter then ad little bit water. Orange color dosa batter is ready
  2. For white color dosa as usual using the plain dosa batter
  3. For green color dosa add corianderpudina green chilly puree to the dosa batter. Green dosa is ready
  4. For sooji take one cup of roasted sooji add it to the 1/2cup of boiling water. Then add 3/4 cup of sugar and 100of ghee. Make sure that sooji is cooked well. Add little bit of salt for enhancing the taste of kesari. Finally add roasted cashews, kismis to the sooji
  5. For tricolor kesari divide the kesari into 3half and add orange food color to the one half, then add green food color to the next half, for white color as usual..
  6. For chutneys white color,👉coconut chutney, Green color along with coconut add corianderpudina for green chutney, for orange color in a pan add oil, mustards, uraldal, channadal, little bit curry leaves, redchilly, onion, toamato, salt, and then add Asafoetida cooked well then grind it and served. Orange chutney is ready
