ABOUT Zinger Burger RECIPE

It is so yummy and on top of every kid's list including adults. Try this out and enjoy it in the comfort of your home. It is healthy and not expensive too. I am proud of this recipe of mine.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken boneless, cut into thin strips about 400 gm
  2. Black pepper a tsp
  3. White pepper a tsp
  4. Paprika powder a tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  7. Vinegar or lemon juice a tbsp
  8. Garlic powder or fresh garlic paste a tbsp
  9. Onion powder a tsp (optional)
  10. Eggs 3
  11. Milk 1/4th cup
  12. Breadcrumbs as required
  13. Cornflakes coarsely crushed, about 2 cups
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken strips with all the ingredients and let it sit on your kitchen counter for an hour.
  2. Now mix milk and the beaten eggs together. Then add some pepper and salt in that too.
  3. Next keep the breadcrumbs and the cornflakes both in two separate plates. (You can see the pictures above to get a clear understanding of what to do.)
  4. Now to coat, dip each strip in the egg and milk mixture, then coat them with the breadcrumbs. Then dip once again in the egg and milk mixture and finally coat them with the cornflakes. Repeat this process for all the strips.
  5. Keep these strips in the freezer for about 15 minutes before frying.
  6. Heat oil and fry these strips on a medium high heat until golden brown and done.
  7. Enjoy it with your favourite toppings like fresh lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese slices.
