Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sugarfree Natura powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  2. Milk 1 cup (for inside coating of chocolates)
  3. Milk 1 cup ( for outside coating of chocolate)
  4. Low fat skimmed milk powder 1 cup
  5. Unsweetened Cocoa powder 1/2 cup (20 gms)
  6. Unsalted butter 1 tsp
  7. Oats 1 cup
  8. FOR OUTER COATING:
  9. Sugarfree powder as per your taste

Instructions

  1. Boil milk, add butter and sugar free. Let it cool, turn off the flame.
  2. Add milk powder and whisk to prevent lumps.
  3. Add powdered oats and mix till it forms soft dough. The dough should not be too dry. It should be like a chapati dough. Make chocolate balls of equal size. This completes the inner coating.
  4. Take a greased tray and keep these chocoates in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Take a kadai. Add milk. When it comes to a boil, add sugarfree powder.
  6. Lower the flame and add cocoa powder and saute well to avoid any lumps and till it gets a smooth dip or sauce like consistency.
  7. Cool completely. Take out the tray from the refrigerator and roll the white chocolate balls in the cocoa coating. Coat well and freeze again.
  8. Chocolates are ready after 30 minutes.
