ABOUT Healthy Maize Flour Crispies RECIPE

A healthy twist to regular crispies.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 gm Maize flour
  2. 150 gm Maida
  3. 150 gm Wheat flour
  4. 200 ml Olive oil
  5. 2 tablespoon Salt
  6. 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tablespoon Cumin
  8. 1/4 tablespoon Hing
  9. 1 tablespoon Sugar
  10. Water to knead

Instructions

  1. Seive all the flour together
  2. Add all the dry spices.
  3. Add oil and mix well till it becomes a breadcrumbs consistency.
  4. Add water slowly and make a dough.
  5. Roll the dough and make small balls.
  6. Make the crispies of yours favourite shape using a cookie cutter.
  7. Bake tham at 180-190 degree centigrade in a preheated oven.
