Apple Coconut Burfi

Ingredients to make Apple Coconut Burfi

  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • Grated apple 2 cups
  • sugar 2 cups
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • saffron 3 to 4 strands

How to make Apple Coconut Burfi

  1. Peel the apples, grate them and grate the fresh coconut too.
  2. Heat the nonstick pan with ghee, add grated coconut and apple. Mix well.
  3. Add fresh cream and sugar, stir continuously.
  4. Add little ghee mix well let it cook properly on a medium flame.
  5. When it starts leaving the sides, add cardamom powder and dilute the saffron mix well.
  6. Turn off the flame and pour into greased plate and flatten with hand.
