Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 200 gms pure ghee
  2. 200 gms suji
  3. 200 gms mava
  4. 200 gms sugar (ground it with 2 Elaichis)
  5. 150 gms chopped badam
  6. 150 gms chopped kaju
  7. 6-8 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Take ghee in a wok, heat it.
  2. Add suji, roast it for 7-10 minutes on a low flame or till very light brown.
  3. Add mashed mava to it. Cook till mava melts.
  4. Add dry fruits to it and keep roasting it for 5 - 7 minutes. Turn of the gas.
  5. Add powdered sugar, powdered elaichi. Mix well.
  6. Add warm milk to it, mix nicely and start making ladoos.
