Chilli Cheese Toast

Ingredients to make Chilli Cheese Toast

  • Toasted bread slices 4
  • butter as required
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2
  • Chopped garlic 2 to 3 cloves
  • Chopped chillies 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves a few
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • mustard powder as per taste (Optional)

How to make Chilli Cheese Toast

  1. Toast your bread with a little butter applied on it.
  2. Meanwhile in a bowl, add cheese, milk, tomatoes, garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, mustard powder (optional) and mix.
  3. Now put this mix on each toast and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts and the toast is crispy. Cut into triangle and serve.

My Tip:

Use whole wheat bread because it is healthier.
