Fat Go Salad

Ingredients to make Fat Go Salad

  • tomato 1
  • cucumber 1
  • carrot 1
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Baby corn 4
  • Red cabbage 1/2
  • lemon 1
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste

How to make Fat Go Salad

  1. Chop all the ingredients except the sweet corn, baby corn and keep all in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  2. In the mean time, boil the sweet corn and baby corn.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add salt and pepper as per taste.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice on it.
  6. Serve as it is or if you want to serve chilled then refrigerate for 5-10 minutes before serving.
