Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Potatoes 4, medium sized
  2. Jeera 1 tsp
  3. Butter / ghee / refined oil as required
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. 3 Green chilli, sliced
  9. Coriander leaves chopped for garnish


  1. Pour ghee in a pan and heat for half minute. Then on a high flame, add jeera.
  2. Once jeera starts becoming brown, add green chilli and let it roast.
  3. Add aloo, toss for 4 minutes. Again on a medium flame.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Let it roast for 5 to 7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with dal rice or chapatis.
