ABOUT Giant truffle cups RECIPE

Decadent and rich truffles with 2 varities of chocolate, an absolute aphrodisiac.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dark/milk chocolate - 1/2 cup
  2. White chocolate - 1/2 cup
  3. Cream - 3 tbsp
  4. Butter - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with half the butter, in a double boiler till its runny consistency.
  2. Then pour it into silicone moulds and roll over till it coats all the sides. Tilt the mould to remove the extra chocolate. Refrigerate them for atleast 20 minutes so that chocolate hardens.
  3. Now to make the filling, melt white chocolate with the cream and rest of the butter. Cool it and fill the cold chocolate cups with it.
  4. Refrigerate them, and after a while, melt the remains of the unused dark chocolate mixture and pour on top in the truffle cups to seal it. Refrigerate to harden and serve
