Bournvita Chocochip Cake

Ingredients to make Bournvita Chocochip Cake

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 or 4 tablespoon Bournvita (according to taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Hand full of choco chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Few drops of lemon

How to make Bournvita Chocochip Cake

  1. Add oil, sugar in a bowl and mix it till light and fluffy.
  2. In another bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, baking powder, baking soda and mix it well.
  3. Sift all purpose flour and bournvita together.
  4. Add in yogurt mixture in oil mixture and mix it properly with the help of milk.
  5. Add dry ingredients (All Purpose Flour + Bournvita) into oil mixture slowly and mix it properly.
  6. Pout the mixture in a greased pan, sprinkle choco chips. Keep it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degree centigrade or till it is done.
  7. Cool on a wire rack and serve.

My Tip:

You can replace all purpose flour with wheat flour to make it a healthier version.
