Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup Chocolate chunks
  2. 1/4 cup Strawberry extract/juice
  3. 2 cups Vanilla ice-cream
  4. 1 cup Buttercream
  5. Sugar 1/4 cup
  6. Some colourful saunf

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate on a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  2. Cool it for 5 minutes. Take the silicon moulds you are using for cupcakes.
  3. Fill or paint each cupcake. Rotate to coat all sides. Pour the excess chocolate back into the bowl.
  4. Refrigerate the mould for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour a second layer on top of the first layer then refrigerate again for another 5 minutes.
  6. After that carefully pop the chocolate cups out of the moulds. Chocolate cups are now ready.
  7. Fill with your favorite ice cream. I like vanilla flavor so fill these cups with vanilla ice cream.
  8. In a bowl mix buttercream with sugar. Mix it with a hand blender. Add strawberry juice and again mix it for 1 minute
  9. Fill this cream in a piping bag and make a design with a nozzles on top of the ice cream.
  10. Decorate with some colourful saunf. Serve chilled.
