Ingredients to make Ajwain wale chawal

  • rice 1 cup
  • Ajwain a pinch
  • ghee 2 tbsp

How to make Ajwain wale chawal

  1. Soak rice in water for half an hour.
  2. Take a pan, add ghee and ajwain.
  3. Add soaked rice and saute for sometime.
  4. Add water as required (Water level should 1 inch above the rice level) and put on the lid.
  5. Let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes, check by eating a grain to check if it is cooked. Serve hot.

My Tip:

I used a little hing too with ajwain.
