Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 large banana
  2. 4 slices bread
  3. 1/4cup + 1tbsp chopped dark chocolate
  4. 2 tsp honey
  5. Almond chopped -1/4 cup
  6. Sugar - 1/2 cup sugar
  7. Water-2 tbsp
  8. Butter- 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly prepare the ingredients required so that we can cook the recipe in 5min.
  2. Slice the banana into round circles, keep it aside and chop the chocolate.
  3. Take 2 bread slices and arrange banana slices on each bread.
  4. Then put finely chopped chocolate on each slice.
  5. Drizzle honey on top and cover with plain bread slice.
  6. If you have maker or grill pan you can grill on that.I done on frypan.Add butter and toast the bread on both sides for about 3-5min.
  7. Let it cool for sometime and slice diagonally, now panini is ready to serve.
  8. For almond praline(it's optional as I thought it tastes good with panini I made it) , toast the almonds and spread on baking paper.
  9. Place sugar and little water on stove and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  10. Bring to boil on high flame without stirring until mixture turns to dark brown.I added little butter for taste and after butter dissolves pour immediately on to the almonds and spread.
  11. Let it cool and break into pieces.
  12. Actually this is the procedure but as I put less chocolate inside bread when I prepared ,I covered top with chocolate as shown in pic.You can follow above procedure.
  13. The last pic(grill texture) I posted was actual outcome..I posted that as reference, chocolate covered pic was what I made.
  14. And in pic shown,I served with hazelnut crumb and icecream. Its just for presentation I did that. All are homemade.
