ABOUT Chocolate spread RECIPE

Crazy about chocolates, you can eat it as it is...or can be used in making many types of recipes. Can be used as a spread on bread or paranthas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Amul cream : 1/4 cup
  2. Homemade Chocolate balls : 8 pcs.
  3. Honey : 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom sauce pan. Pour cream in it and keep it on high flame. Stir continuously. After 2-3 mins bubbles will start appearing on the sides. Switch off the flame.
  2. In a bowl put chocolate balls. Pout hot cream over it. Let it sit for 2 sec..and then start mixing it with a spoon. Don't heat it. Mix it till all the chocolate balls melt.
  3. If needed heat it in microwave for few seconds.
  4. When all the chocolate balls are melted then pour honey in this and again mix properly.
  5. Cover and keep in the fridge for 2 hrs. It will get semi thick. Mix it and again keep in the fridge for couple of hrs..till it gets thick properly like a spread.
  6. Serve it the way you want.....with ice cream or with crumbles or as a topping on cakes.
