Ingredients to make Chocolate Puri-Paan Shots

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate (dark and milk)
  • 5-6 puri or golgappa
  • For Paan Shots-
  • 6-7 betel (Paan) leaves
  • 3/4 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 8-10 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • For Stuffing;
  • Chocolate chips
  • Tooty fruity
  • Chopped cranberries
  • Chopped hazelnut chocolate

How to make Chocolate Puri-Paan Shots

  1. Melt both your dark & milk chocolate, I would recommend tempering your chocolate this is the process of heating and cooling chocolate in order to give the chocolate a glossy sheen when set.
  2. Using the back of a spoon create a small drop of melted chocolate on butter paper for the puri to sit on.
  3. Before you dip your puri make sure the chocolate has cooled. So keep stirring the chocolate to get the heat out. Then dip your puri and coat it evenly from all sides and pull it straight up. Allow the chocolate to drip away from the puri completely before you place down on your baking sheet lined with greaseproof/baking paper.
  4. To make your puris extra special add some sprinkler on top of it.
  5. Then leave to set in the fridge and only take out when your ready to serve.
  6. For Paan Shots-
  7. In a blender jar add betal leaves, fennel seeds, and vanilla ice cream and just blend everything. Fill it in short glasses or in small fancy jar.
  8. Finally add some filling to your puri like chocolate chips or tooty fruity or anything you wish.
  9. fill with the chilled pan shots and serve .
